Reena returns to private practice after serving two years in state and local government during the onset and height of the pandemic, gaining on the ground experience with crisis management, state and local rulemaking, state policy, emergency powers, cannabis regulation, clemency, police reform, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Reena has considerable experience in high stakes internal, whistleblower, or government-initiated investigations in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, fraud, sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and violations of other law or policy.
