Deborah comes to VAB with a wide range of experience representing government entities in Administrative Hearings and victims of crimes in Illinois state criminal court. She has counseled her government clients when ownership of land and business issues have arisen and resolved those issues by reviewing tax information, personal and land trust documents, mortgage documents, bankruptcy filings, and Cook County Recorder of Deeds filings.
